HANNAH & TRISTEON

MORE OF WHO WE ARE…

I have a passion and I am an advocate for creating authentic and unposed photos. As a mother of two babies I photograph them a lot and the majority of time they want to be themselves and not who I make them be. When you come to “Inde’s Photo” my main goal is to create real intimate moments that speak the rawness of the love you share, whether it is your kids, your partner, or simply the features you hold. I am a believer to telling the raw moment of your story.

Preparing yourself for your

upcoming photography session and not knowing what to expect…

I find myself continuously wanting to do fresh trends and upgrading to new levels of photographing including mood boards to guide you with ideas on what to wear, but what I cannot recreate it’s love. The experience behind a photo is the feeling. My clients come to me asking me to guide them through their session, and trust me I do take high pride to guide from the start to the beginning. My interest is to give you the best experience yet. I want to get creative with you as long as you allow me to, so with that said I want to share some tips on how to prepare yourself for your upcoming photography session.

01.Where you come in…

To get the best results, I need you to be PRESENT and on TIME, and most important, to be VULNERABLE. Try not to worry about windswept hair, your feet getting a bit dirty while running around in various landscapes, or your kids acting crazy. After all we are all a little imperfect in us.

I need you to trust me. I am coming in to the most intimate and raw moments of your life. Allow me to become your friend and surprise you with the most meaningful moments that you can look back in the many years to come.

02. HAVE FUN AND BE YOURSELF…

First and foremost, getting your photos done should be fun! I know it can be stressful to figure out what to wear, or figure out the best loca- tion for your family, but hopefully I can take the stress out of that for you and share ideas for what to wear. Aside from that, clothing doesn’t really matter. What matters is that you and your partner can have fun along with your loved ones.

03. FOLLOW YOUR INNER YOU…

Most likely you’re not a model! But very likely you know how to love, and have fun. I will come to you and guide you with a few poses to get you in the groove of experiencing your shoot, but from there on you have to allow yourself to open up and bring the inner you to lead your emotions without nerves getting in the way. I will not judge you, and your sur- roundings will not judge either. Think of it as following the child inside of you.

BEING GOOFY IS GOOD!!

04. ENGAGE IN THE ACTIVITY
This is where I need you to trust me…

When I began photographing you
I will start by playing some tunes
(if you created a playlist for me to play even better) this helps me set the mood for you all. I will begin by making you do a little walking, talking to each other. Telling each other your favorite jokes. If you have a prop (ice cream, champagne, pizza...) let me know ahead of time to incorporate in the shoot.

Once you are warmed up I will be quiet and follow you and capture the in between moments, the raw emotions. Those moments that make the true you!

05.CHOOSE COMFORT OVER LOOKS…

Most of the time you’re going to want to pick something that you think looks good in the photos, but the question is “Are you

Your clothes not only does it need to represent who you are, but what they may need to be comfortable.

Let’s connect before the photo shoot day and talk about the vision you envision for your shoot. Tell me what you envisioned for your landscape. Mountains, open fields, sand dunes, flowers, the city, you name it, I will guide you through.

06. OPTIONS IS YOUR BEST FRIEND…

Bringing 2-3 outfits to your shoot is a win! I can help you put outfits together or if you prefer to send me pictures of the clothes you pick we can do that too.

Picking your outfits according to your location is very important especially living in Colorado most likely we will be running around in the mountains or snow.

07.HOW TO PICK YOUR OUTFITS - COLOR PALETTE

  • FLOW

  • AVOID DISTRACTIONS

  • DOES YOUR SKIN TONE WASH AWAY OR DOES IT STAND OUT.

  • IS IT YOU? **YOU WILL KNOW IF YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE IN IT.

When you book with me expect an email with three mood boards to help you guide you through choosing colors/ outfits that are fitting to you. It is very important that we even share details with one another as far as your vision behind your shoot, locations and any fun creative moments you’d like to create with me.
